e-Sewa Kendra is established at District Court Complex, Hassan and Taluka Court Court Complex Channarayapatna to serve the common litigant and advocate as a one stop center for all his/her Court related needs.

The available Services of e-Sewa Kendra are as follows.

e-Seva Kendra, Help Desk and V.C. cabin Services

Handling inquiries about case status, next date of hearing and other details.
Handling queries about Judges on leave.
Publicize and assist in downloading the Mobile App of e-Courts.
Providing Status of certified copy application.
Handling queries about location of the particular Court, its cause-list and whether the case is taken up for hearing or not.
Guide the procedure of e-Filing, uploading the documents into CIS (Case Information System) and generation of filing number in e-Filing Website.
Guide people on how to avail free legal services from District Legal Service Authority and High Court Legal Service Committee of Karnataka.
Explaining the procedure for arranging and conducting the court proceedings through video conference.
All other queries and assistance in respect of facilities which are digitally available under e-Court Project.
